Most of the posts and content of this blog is about health, fashion, food and finances. All of these are important and necesssary for a quality life. One thing, one dynamic that is just as important is family. A sense that you belong, that you matter to a group of people. We lost a very dear part of our family a few months ago. He was a community leader, a veteran, husband, father and an uncle.
His house, was his shrine and it ended up being his memorial. The house will be empty and a new family will be living there, but the memories will never go away.
