He has consumed every part of me. I’ve been on the earth for almost 50 years and I have never loved anything as openly as this little guy. (besides his mother) He has had an adventurous few weeks. Birth weight has been achieved. He chugs a bottle like a pro. I keep forgetting he was almost a month early. Mom and Dad are sleep deprived but loving it. Nothing like stumbling around with a 5 lb screaming banshee as you are trying to put a bottle together. Mom and the girls need a break!

We have tried a few formulas. The one the pediatrician gave us lasted about 2 days. I think we fed him 3-4 times out of that and he projectile vomited that stuff almost immediately! Switched to a more organic brand. So far so good.

He hates the diaper changes! How can something that little make so much noise? Most pitiful sound in the world. The football hold seems to work. Swaddling is the big time saver. It looks uncomfortable as hell, but he likes it. Calms him down almost immediately. Almost forgot, he has learned how to self soothe with his hand or thumbs. He is totally starting to engage and follow us around when we are near him. He is staying awake more, but at the wrong times! refer to screaming banshee and stumbling bottle making!

We had the 48 hour photo shoot done. Big shout out to Dana Ashley of Dana Ashley Photograph y. She is an amazing storyteller ! If you click the link, you will be amazed at what she can do with simple lighting, background and a camera!

I could go on and on. Our DNA Miracles line is amazing. The soothing ointment, the diaper cream, the bath foam and the hydrating lotion are the best. The DNA Bath Time Bundle kit is a money saver! It makes a great gift as well! Learn about that and the entire DNA Miracles line here  It’s just the best baby stuff on the market. There are even probiotics and immune boosters for infants, toddlers and older kids. There is DNA cleaning kit for nursery, toys and all the areas your baby comes in contact with the outside world.

Being a Dad is amazing so far. I know it will have its highs and lows. But, kids are miracles. They are blessings. I will try and remember that every minute of every day!

Who doesn’t love sunglasses? I do. But who hates paying $70-$300 a pair for good ones? I do. There are plenty of knock offs. Cheap Amazon brands that don’t look like the photo when you finally get them and then you realize why they were $10.00. Well, if you love great products at great […]

It’s a serious question that I have not heard anyone asking. Daily briefings, death counts, more restrictions, more misinformation, no debate, and a flailing economy waiting on trillions from a disconnected representative government trying to save it by subsidizing it. I’m one of the lucky ones I guess? My job at this time has been […]

Guests on Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood were often surprised to find that although Rogers was just as gentle and patient in life as on television, he was nevertheless a perfectionist who did not allow “shoddy” ad-libbing;[29] he believed that children were thoughtful people who deserved programming as good as anything produced for adults on television. (Wikipedia)   “Hello Neighbor” Anyone at least […]

I wrote what seems ages ago about a new skincare line that was coming. Well, one baby ago it came. It’s been out for about 6 months and I’ve been using it. It is amazing! It has a face cleansing gel, an eye serum (late nite puffiness) hydrating creme,  and a restoring serum. (Think botox […]

This will post at exactly 9:30 pm on September 2nd. This is the exact time you came to us exactly 1 year ago, my little boy. I knew my life would change the day we realized we were having you. All the planning and details were all for naught, because you came early. So small. […]

Last year at this time, I had a family member pass from a tragic accident. Shocking that her life (that she lived to the fullest) came to an abrupt and tragic end. We scurried around for weeks cleaning out her house. Looking at old memories and finding a lot of things I did not know. […]

9 Months old. I can’t believe it! Still tiny (1%) but everything is progressing right on point. Baby gates, baby proofing, school, college, and life, are the thoughts are flooding my mind. What do I tell him about his future? What direction do I point him in so he doesn’t make the same mistakes I […]
